This is a drain excavation we carried out in Lytham St Annes.
A few photos from an excavation we did over the weekend in Lytham st Anne’s.
It was a kitchen foul waste gully pot and outlet pipe which had cracked and was leaking foul water to ground.
We replaced the gully with a new clay gully, instead of the usual plastic bottle gully, as this property was built in the 1500’s and was actually the oldest and first property to be built in Lytham st Anne’s.
Our customer was very happy with the work.
